Each individual is permitted only one Account on the Platform. Creation of multiple accounts (commonly referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawal processing. All documents must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the document. Edited or manipulated documents will be rejected and may result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree to:
88giga is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether such authorization was actually given.
88giga accepts deposits through the following Indonesian payment channels:
Bank transfer deposits have a minimum threshold of Rp 50,000 and a maximum of Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. E-wallet deposits have a minimum of Rp 25,000 and a maximum of Rp 10,000,000 per transaction. These limits may be adjusted at 88giga's discretion without prior notice.
Most deposits are processed instantly or within 5-15 minutes, depending on the payment method and issuing bank's processing speed. Delays beyond these timeframes may occur due to bank maintenance, network issues, or security reviews. 88giga is not responsible for processing delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded to the source account, minus any applicable processing fees. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraud.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit funds from a payment method denominated in a different currency, your financial institution or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees, for which 88giga bears no responsibility.
Deposit bonuses, if offered, are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are provided at the time of promotion and must be accepted before the bonus is credited. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
Players may request withdrawals of their account balance (minus any pending wagers or bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) at any time. Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours: Monday through Sunday, 09:00 - 21:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7).
Standard withdrawal processing takes between 1 to 6 hours during business hours, provided all KYC verification requirements have been satisfied. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name that matches the name on your 88giga account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited. You may be required to withdraw to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, as an anti-money laundering measure.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification level, payment method, and 88giga's operational policies. High-value withdrawals exceeding Rp 100,000,000 may be processed in multiple installments at 88giga's discretion.
88giga does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which 88giga is not responsible. Expedited withdrawal processing may be available at an additional fee, at 88giga's sole discretion.
88giga reserves the right to suspend or reverse withdrawals if fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected. Withdrawals may also be delayed pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of irregular betting patterns, or resolution of disputed wagers.
All casino games, slots, and random-outcome games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by RNG algorithms and cannot be predicted or manipulated. 88giga does not guarantee any specific outcome or winning frequency.
RTP percentages displayed for games represent long-term statistical averages calculated over millions of game rounds. RTP does not predict individual session results, and players may experience significant variance in short-term play. Actual returns may be higher or lower than stated RTP in any given session.
Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results as recognized by the relevant sporting body or competition organizer. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called turnover requirements or rollover requirements). A wagering requirement specifies the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered Rp 3,000,000 (100,000 × 30) before withdrawal eligibility.

Once bonus funds are forfeited, the decision is final and not subject to appeal.

Detected bonus abuse will result in account closure and fund confiscation.

Players who feel they need a break from gaming may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without prior written consent from 88giga. Unauthorized use of Platform content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88giga and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or other commercial damages or losses.
88giga's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you during the three months prior to the event giving rise to liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
88giga is not responsible for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, government actions, acts of war or terrorism, or third-party service provider failures.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88giga is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction, rather than in court.
You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
88giga reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Material changes affecting your rights or obligations will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account and/or displayed prominently on the Platform.
